I now do zumba and pilates on a monday and i shall soon be joining an aerobics class on wednesdays as well. Think i might try to do zumba three times a week. Or even exercise more myself. Just gotta shift this weight and stop eating such fatty foods. I over eat too much.
Learn to say no and you’ll soon say it without thinking twice.
I also lost two pounds a little while ago which i was so happy with and i wasn’t even dieting or anything. I still didn’t have breakfast and at lunch i had lettuce, coleslaw, chicken tikka and sweetcorn. Not healthy at all but tastes so good,. And for like two solid weeks all i did was dance like every day! Because my dance exam was coming up so we practiced all the time in dance and i even skipped other classes to dance. Seems a bit extreme bit it really wasn’t, just a bit stressful. I felt so good doing it every time i worked up a sweat and tried a little harder. Kinda wished i did dance as a kind of hobby or something…
If you work hard you will get what you want.
I always complain about how fat i am yet i still stuff my face with food. Fuuuuck. Need to sort myself out, prom is so soon.
